Gretchen’s Bakery started in my kitchen with a simple goal: to create special treats that bring people together.

Hi, I’m Gretchen—the heart and soul behind Gretchen’s Bakery! What started as a love for baking has grown into a sweet journey centered around creating delicious treats for life’s celebrations, big and small.

Today, Gretchen’s Bakery specializes in Jumbo Cookies and Cookie Cakes, the recipes that started it all. Based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, I work out of a licensed commercial kitchen so I can continue creating and serving our community with ease.

And now, we’re taking the sweet journey a little farther! Gretchen’s Bakery recently launched our first shipping boxes, making it possible to send Gretchen’s Bakery beyond our local community and share a little sweetness with everyone nationwide.
